1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Shipping and Processing

Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: 3-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail, depending on item size and weight.

Shipping Rates: Determined by USPS. Priority Mail Flat Rate is primarily used.

Padded Flat Rate Envelope: $11.20

Large Flat Rate Box: $26.00

First-Class Mail:

Letters (1 oz.): $0.73

Each Additional Ounce: $0.28

Postcards: $0.56

Large Envelopes (1 oz.): $1.50

Each Additional Ounce: $0.28

3. Damages During Transit

Be Balanced Essentials, LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Please contact USPS for claims regarding damaged packages.

Handmade items are crafted using copper and stainless steel wire unless otherwise noted. Items sourced through third-party vendors may use unspecified metals or materials. Customers are encouraged to inquire before purchase if they have sensitivities or concerns.
